Leaving my Confusing Muslim Cage, in my Athiest Days

I grew in a Muslim family, but at times I found some of the beliefs more restricting for a spiritually-inclined person as myself.

I grew more atheiest in my late teenage years then more spiritual after experiences with meditation, astral projection, sleep paralysis, trance and psychedelic states.

I didn't find the explanation for the spiritual experiences I had in the Quran/Hadiths - so I had to leave my muslim cage to explore.
