Realigning my Relationship to the Ancient Yogic Medicine

The purpose of this illustration was to help realign my intention with Cannabis back to my original attraction to it - for visionary meditation & yoga. It was also created to show reverence to the Cannabis plant as a sacred/spiritual tool.

People tend to categorise Cannabis use in either these two, often polarizing, categories: recreational or medicinal.
What I wanted to highlight was how I came to the plant, which was always for spiritual & creative use (which many argue are one in the same).

The character depicted with his visible muscoskeletal system symbolises Cannabis' ability to increase your sensititivy to your body. It is also a visual motif inspired by my favourite artist Alex Grey.

I choose to depict Cannabis with the one-fingered leaf rather than the well-known 7-fingered leaf to point towards moderate (even microdose-level), consious use rather than excessive, daily, habitual, dependent/addictive use.

The golden arrow symbolises alignment with your divine purpose rather than egoic pursuits.

Good luck to everyone out there trying to find balance in this world, in their lifestyles, and in their relationship with this ancient spiritual tool
